Access to the Trollstigen Plateau

The Trollstigen section is closed for the rest of the year due to rock falls. The road is closed to all traffic, this applies to all motorized vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians!

The road is open to the Trollstigen Plateau from Langvatnet via Valldal. Our cafes at Gudbrandsjuvet and Trollstigen with viewpoints are open to the public. The road is open to Trollstigfoten.

Those driving to/from the Norwegian Scenic Route Atlanterhavsvegen can use the Molde-Vestnes ferry or drive via Åndalsnes.
